Last minute addition inspired by a verbal launch from the director, Chris Renaud.  I was particularly proud to put in a Harpo Marx type gag where one Minion accepts the gift of a fishing rod without realizing its purpose.

Another entirely original scene based on a verbal springboard - "Find a fun way for the girls to discover the lab."

Despicable Me was often more like punch up writing opposed to executing scripted scenes.  Here is a selection of funny gags that didn't make it into the movie (with the exception of the werewolf - that one is immortalized on screen.)
